A.The deadline to reserve is until 12:00 before the date of departure during business days. ( To reserve Sun. or Mon. tour please apply on Fri.)

Q.Do i have to register your ID card when making an appointment?
A.We will insure travel insurance for each passenger before departure.
Q.What information should I provide?
A. To reserve the hotel: Just provide one of customer's information. To reserve the 1 Day Tour: Please leave all the traveler's details. (It's used for tour insurance.)
Q.Will my booking be confirmed immediately?
A.Once we receive your booking request we will reply within 24 hours during office hours. (Office Hours: Mon.~Fri. 09:00~18:00)
Q.how to get the confirmation letter or invioce?
A. After reservation, our staff will send it to you by email.

Q.SHALL WE PAY ON SITE?
A.We will pay the lodging expense for hotel in advance,so we will be unable to pay on site.

Q.How can i get the refund?
A.To cancel your booking : Please contact us by kakotalk or line before 12:00 PM before the date of departure ,the cancellation fee will not be charged. (You can receive the refund.) If you cancel or be absent at the date of departure, it would be charged the full amount. (Not-refundable)
Q.in the event of the natural disaster, could i get the refund?
A. 1 DAY TOUR: In the event that 1 Day Tour is cancelled due to the natural disaster, you can get your money back or change your departure date.

A. Infant-0~2 years old - As a lap baby we will not charge the fee. Over 3 years old- Full-charge
Q.can i buy travel insurance through Kc tour?
A. Insurance service is not provided. However, the passengers who participate in our 1 Day Tour will be insured for travel insurance.
Q. can i leave my baggage on the bus?
A. Each passenger is only allowed to bring one personal item but please don't leave your valuables unattended. We are not responsible.
Q.can i book a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel?
A. Shuttle bus service is not provided. Please be sure to find information of transportation first before your departure.
Q.The breakfast is included?
A. Breakfast is included if you book any of the hotel on our website. (Only the "City Suites"doesn't provide free breakfast.)
Q.Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
A. The rates charged are per room.(Twin Basis)
Q.What is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-In Time is after 15:00. Check-Out Time is before 12:00 P.M.
Q.What are the prices for single room?
A. We'll charge full price per room. 5-Star Hotel - USD $120 / 4-Star Hotel-USD $100
Q.WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR triple ROOM?
A. There is no triple room type in those hotel. But it's possible to add an extra bed. In that case, 50% of the price of the commodity will be charged. (The GRAND HI-LAI HOTEL is not allowed to add an extra bed. You must book one more room in this case.)
Q.is there any additional fee during weekend or National holiday?
A. There is no extra charge on weekend. Only at the 31st Dec. and Chinese New Year will be charged extra fee.(Please ask for our staff.)
Q.if I book the accommodation but I can't join any event, could my friend go instead of me?
A.The event gift is just for the guest who stay in hotel.(Not-transferable)
